Description: A student would work at Burns School (3rd-5th) and Saco Middle School. They would be involved in a variety of ways with children, adolescents, school personnel and families with the goal of improving the clients social and emotional functioning she/he can perform more successfully in school. Students receive multiple opportunities to pursue interested areas of growth and learning with plenty of access to field instructor. Activities include: community networking, consultation, therapeutic horseback riding, adventure based counseling etc.
