Description: The Mission of the Community Services Department is to improve the quality of life for all who call Andover home through its four Divisions Elder Services, Youth Services, Recreation and Parks and Veterans Services. Each of the four Divisions provides a range of services and programs intended to ensure all Andover residents, regardless of age, income or ability have access to the full range of programs offered by the Department.
