Description: Empowerment Counseling Center (ECC) is an outpatient mental health treatment facility that serves individuals, families, and groups with coping with everyday stressors as well as unresolved traumas they may have experienced. ECC was formed in 2013 by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 18 years of experience whom saw a growing need to aid individuals in restoring balance to their overwhelming life.
