Description: One of the most important values as stated in Key's mission statement is the provision of quality care and services to the children, youth, and their families we work with. Key conducts performance improvement efforts through the Performance Improvement Program (PIP). Key's quality improvement program is a major undertaking for all staff and is vital to ensuring high quality services to the youth and families served.
