Description: Crawford County Health & Human Services is an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinic. Integrated Behavioral Health Services provide an integrated approach by assisting you with substance use and/or mental health concerns which allow you to take control of your life and become the best version of yourself. Our Behavioral Health Staff are committed to person-centered planning to assist you in meeting your behavioral health goals and improving your life with your family, community, and self. Behavioral Health Services are designed to help you develop the tools and coping skills to manage the emotional and behavioral challenges of your everyday life.

Our outpatient clinic as an equal-access clinic. We serve residents of Crawford County that have insurance and that do not have insurance. We accept most private insurances as well as Badgercare/Forward Health. This agency serves all patients regardless of inability to pay. Fees for essential services are offered based on family size and income.
