Huggins Hospital is a rural, critical access, hospital located in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Learning opportunities available are as follows: Individual (adults and adolescence) and family therapy opportunities (including diagnosing, treatment planning, case documentation) both within our 6 outpatient locations and our cancer center. Facilitation of peer support and other informal groups. Engaging in multi-departmental learning opportunities with the outpatient and inpatient hospital staff and departments including needs assessments, resource referrals, and other case management opportunities.
The interested applicant should posses the ability to work independently both in person as well as via telehealth, have the ability to jump in to learning opportunities from the get go, be a good problem solver, engage in proactive communication skills within departments and across multiple disciplines, and have some flexibility regarding site location (we have opportunities at the hospitals main campus but also at our satellite offices).
