Description: A statewide non-profit organization actively lobbying for a variety of issues affecting Maine residents, especially low and moderate income residents. Students have opportunities to work on projects regarding health care, the environment and the legislature. These projects involve grass-roots organizing and public education. There are also opportunities to do research resulting in publications such as the Citizen's Guide to the Maine State Legislature. Additional Office in Lewiston and Bangor.
