Description: Radiant Hospice & Palliative Care is a family owned business operating in the South Metropolitan area of Atlanta. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care and support to our patients with life limiting illnesses. Patient's families and caregivers will receive support and education throughout the patient’s journey. We will take pride in providing excellent care, maintaining optimal comfort, ensuring peace and maximizing support to those we serve in the hospice arena. Our patients reside in their homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. Our services allow our patients to remain in a place of comfort, making the most of each day surrounded by family and friends in a familiar environment. They can take comfort in knowing that we are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. With after hour services we are available for visits and questions/support.
