Like much of the country, UNE Online is practicing social distancing to help curb the spread of COVID–19. To this end, the UNE support team is working remotely from home.
While working remotely we are still here to support you! You may call, email, or text your student support specialist. The only difference in our support model right now is that we can’t answer the phone at our desks when you call in. We still receive voicemails, and we will respond quickly to each voicemail with an email suggesting times when we can have a conversation. From there, we can set up a Zoom meeting to discuss your support needs if that works for you. Zoom is a free-to-you web application, used by UNE, that enables participants to connect using video or audio-only. For more information, click here.
