Description: Program description: Fedcap has a contract with the State of Maine - The Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Family Independence to Serve participants eligible for Temporarily Assistance (TANF) to get self-sufficiency by securing and keeping employment. The program also manages the support services enabling the above-mentioned participants to actively participle in the program, secure and keep employment. Program mission: To create opportunities for people with barriers to move toward economic independence as valued and contributing members of society.
