We support adults and adults experiencing emotional challenges including chronic stress, anxiety, sadness and depression, low self-concept, self-doubt, feelings being stuck, overwhelmed or hopeless and struggles with identity development and relationship challenges.

Our practice offers a safe, compassionate space for individuals seeking support with life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges. By integrating traditional talk therapy with mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and body awareness practices, we empower clients to develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and balance.
Psychotherapists, certified yoga therapists, nutritionists, and acupuncturists collaborate to provide workshops and classes in our yoga studio including meditation, breathing/relaxation and yoga practices for addressing symptoms of anxiety, unresolved trauma, perinatal mood disorders and depression, chronic stress, insomnia, inflammation and poor digestion.
