Our outpatient clinic as an equal-access clinic. We serve residents of Crawford County that have insurance and that do not have insurance. We accept most private insurances as well as Badgercare/Forward Health. This agency serves all patients regardless of inability to pay. Fees for essential services are offered based on family size and income.
