Description: PSL Services/STRIVE provides an in-home support program for individuals with intellectual disabilities that enhances our participants’ independent living skills. PSL Services/STRIVE offers two residential supported living programs for individuals experiencing a diagnosed chronic major mental illness and who have had a significant history of associated hospitalizations. PSL Services/STRIVE’s Community Support Program offers a wide range of community-based services specifically designed to meet the needs of participants. By working from an individualized plan, each participant takes an active part in determining the services that he or she will receive.
