Description: FPC offers primary case management services to people living with HIV/AIDS in York and Cumberland Counties. We provide referrals, care coordination, support and advocacy to clients. Student learning opportunities: Case management, Advocacy, Assessments, Community education, case documentation, conflict resolution, group work. Facility is handicapped accessible. Candidates must be open to working with a very diverse client population and understand or be willing to learn about HIV/AIDS and have a level of comfort talking about sexual practices and sexual health.

The learning program is an after school and summer school program for children of refugees and immigrants, especially serving English language learners. The health and wellness program provides socialization, health and wellness education, and physical exercise for women, two days a week.
