Description: Hospice of Southern Maine is Maine's only not-for-profit freestanding hospice program, dedicated to improving the quality of life at the end of life. We provide comprehensive, integrated hospice services provided by an interdisciplinary team, including nurses, home health aides, social workers, volunteers and chaplain. MSW interns receive weekly supervision w/our LCSW, and daily guidance/supervision provided by the volunteer/bereavement program manager.
