The Center for Family Outreach

Website: https://www.tcffo.org/
Location: Fort Collins,
Country:
Description: Our staff specializes in addressing challenges with adolescent behaviors and family conflict. We help find solutions together to overcome all obstacles, even through the most challenging of times.
We begin the process by identifying the immediate needs of each student and the family's unique set of strengths and challenges to determine our support plan.

Our case management process facilitates the early identification of risk factors for emotional and behavioral issues. This process determines the level of risk across a few specific areas and ultimately which educational programs are best for the student.
We also assist families with the navigation of the justice system when their child is involved, through the Diversion Program. Diversion is an alternative-to-sentencing program for students struggling with substance use, disruptive or high-risk behaviors or family conflict. This 90-day program includes educational classes on substance use, life skills, peer pressure, communication and other social skills.
