Description: We would be a particularly good fit for students who are interested in college counseling, working with older adolescents/emerging adults, and/or LGBTQIA+ clients. We offer a highly supportive field work experience in which our intern is a full member of our counseling team.
Our ideal candidate would be someone that could spend the whole academic year with us and who could be on campus, though we would consider other arrangements for the right person. If a potential candidate is a UMF alum, we do ask that they have at least a few years between graduation and interning here, in order to avoid any conflicts of interest.
